I've been working as a freelance UX researcher and survey specialist since 2013 when I realized the true quality of life benefit that comes with consulting. I still enjoy working with teams on bigger Fortune 500 projects, but I also enjoy helping smaller companies and organizations reach their customers or members and giving those customers a chance for their voices to be heard by the organizations.
